Liam Hemsworth's 20-year-old fiancée flew—kinda—thanks to the help of a friend.

As documented in a hilarious Twitter picture, Miley held hands with her friend as he placed his flat feet on her stomach. With her mouth wide open, she extended her legs out behind her the way we all did as kids.
