Doesn't that sound nice? Well, we've got an exclusive sneak peek at Liam's workout on the CW soap that looks even better than it sounds!
"I've had a rough couple of days. Just wanted to work off some stress," Liam explains of his intense boxing session, before being offered the opportunity to get in the ring as a boxer's sparring partner.
Though he's supposed to be going easy, just warming his partner up and avoiding throwing punches at his head, Liam takes things a bit too far.
