Khloé Kardashian Odom is always kandid.

So it makes perfect sense that the E! star is partnered up with Generation Know, a campaign empowering girls to ask questions and have healthy, happy relationships with their bodies.

"When I was a teenager, I really didn't have anybody to go to to ask the things you're embarrassed about or that you feel uncomfortable asking anybody," Khloé told Good Morning America's Elizabeth Vargas on Thursday. She explained she didn't necessarily ask older sisters Kim and Kourt everything because, "When you're 10, and one's 15, you're still kind of embarrassed!"

"I'd go to my mom, but you don't really ask everything you want to ask," she said. Now, the 28-year-old encourages younger girls—including Kendall and Kylie Jenner—to get body myths debunked on the forum at GenerationKnow.com.

Really, though, the Kardashian krew is pretty upfront about most things. Khloé explained that it's important to her that she's "always been really open and honest" and her and Lamar's infertility issues. "Kimberly's actually the one who kind of made me go to the doctor and check my body and figure out what was wrong—if anything—and that is also why I'm so proud to be a part of a brand like U by Kotex, because that's what we're encouraging, for women just to be aware of their bodies and to know if there are issues."

Khlo isn't pregnant, isn't making a new show with Kim!

That said, she's in no huge hurry to become a mama. "I've been married three years," she said. "We're still enjoying the newlywed phase."

Plus, Khloé's a pretty busy lady! She showed off her cohosting skills on the X Factor this past season and hopes to return in 2013. "It was so fun! It was my first time ever hosting anything, especially on live TV," she said. "I felt like with every show I got better and better and my confidence [increased]. At the very last show I was like, 'Wait, I'm just getting in the groove! And it's over!'"

She also has "no idea" who's going to replace Britney Spears and L.A. Reid at the judges' table. "But I was hired a week before the show aired," she said. "So I feel like Simon [Cowell] might do the same thing. He loves the suspense."

Khloé had a little nip action on the X Factor

In the meantime, Khloé is super excited about Kim and Kanye's pregnancy. She gushed excitedly, "I'm excited to have another niece or nephew!"

We have a feeling she might be the favorite auntie.
