Taylor Swift's new Keds ad campaign is all about girl power.
The songstress tells young girls to "be brave, and you'll have the time of your life." Which is exactly what she seems to be doing in the recently released campaign video for the popular kicks.
While we all know Taylor has seen her fair share of heartbreaks, this video reminds us that if you don't put yourself out there, you'll have nothing to lose…but nothing to gain, either.
In the ad, Taylor herself says, "Take chances. Trust yourself. Lose things. Get over it."
And if you're lost on exactly how to do that—Taylor shares some of the advice she's used to get through the tough stuff. "Hold your friends close," she says as she walks with her arm wrapped around a gal pal. "Gather your strength. Gain wisdom and beautiful stories."
Or in Taylor's case, gain wisdom and turn those stories into hit songs!
Either way, mission accomplished.
