Shakira and Boyfriend Gerard Piqué Head Home From Barcelona Hospital After Birth of Baby Milan

Latin singer and newly minted parent sported a big grin as she and her baby daddy took their newborn home for the first time

Hips don't lie and neither do photos: Shakira is a happy first-time mom!

The Colombian pop superstar and her Spanish footballer beau, Gerard Piqué, cracked big smiles on Sunday as they were snapped leaving the Barcelona hospital where she gave birth to son Milan Piqué Mebarak five days earlier.

A swarm of paparazzi surrounded the twosome's chaffeured car, which drove them back to Piqué's posh residence. There was no sign of her little bundle of joy—so it looks like fans will have to wait a while longer for the big reveal (maybe the inevitable magazine cover?).

However, a day after Milan's arrival, Shakira's boyfriend did post a picture of the 1-day-old's little feet already laced up in miniature Nike sneakers with his name on them.

We imagine it won't be long before he's playing for FC Barcelona like his dad.
