Jennifer Lawrence "Is Really Sick" With "Pneumonia" Says Silver Linings Playbook Costar

Jacki Weaver reveals Hunger Games star's malady at Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Awards event in Los Angeles Saturday

Golden Globes winner Jennifer Lawrence is apparently not feeling good as gold these days, according to her Silver Linings Playbook costar Jacki Weaver, who accepted an Australian Academy of Cinema and Television Arts Award for the ailing Lawrence today E! News has learned.

"I'm going to receive this on her behalf. Poor Jen is really sick. She really is sick. She has pneumonia," said Weaver, accepting the AACTA for Best Actress on behalf of her costar at the event held at Soho house.

Lawrence has been under the weather at least since the Golden Globes, but here's hoping she's back on her feet soon.
