Well, not only does Kourtney Kardashian have some for baby daughter, Penelope, but she apparently has plenty to spare for sister Kim as well.

After all, Kourtney squeezing fluid out of her mammary and shooting it onto Kim's leg in hopes of soothing her psoriasis is probably something better seen than read.
