Talk about an awkward living arrangement.

Looks like Bethenny Frankel and estranged hubby Jason Hoppy are digging their heels into the ultra-plush carpet—because they are reportedly both still living in the same home.

The $5 million Tribeca apartment, which was featured on Bethenny Ever After, was purchased by the pair in 2011, during much happier times. After an extensive renovation by interior designers Mariette Himes Gomez and Brooke Gomez, they had turned the three-bedroom, three-bathroom place into their dream pad.

Now, however, given the recent set of circumstances, the 3,400 square-foot apartment simply isn't big enough for the both of 'em.

So, what exactly are they fighting over?

The home's crown jewel is its absolutely enormous closet, which was previously the apartment's den. In addition, it has an office fit for a queen, complete with a makeup center, an absolute must for a busy businesswoman who spends a ton of time in front of the camera.

But what's in it for a Real Househusband? For starters, if the high-dollar value alone isn't enough, this corner unit is enormous by NYC standards. It features high ceilings and 16 windows so residents can enjoy the view from every angle.

Bethenny and Jason announced their split in December 2012. The couple has a daughter together, Bryn Hoppy.
