Pregnant Kristen Bell "Maybe" Having a Boy, Admits Childbirth "Looks Terrifying"

Did Dax Shepard's fiancée spill the beans on the sex of their baby in her Ellen interview when she referred to daddy's "tiny partner"?

Did Kristen Bell just let the sex out of the bag?!

Ellen DeGeneres is now convinced that the pregnant House of Lies star has a baby boy on the way after Bell told her, in an interview airing tomorrow on Ellen, about how excited her car-fanatic fiancé, Dax Shepard, is about "all the off-roading he'll have in this tiny partner."

"Maybe?" Bell played coy when DeGeneres immediately asked if that meant she was expecting a son.

"Do you have to be a boy to off-road? Absolutely not!" the actress protested. "I think he's going to force [the baby], even if it's a sloth, to off-road." (Wow, can you even begin to imagine Bell's reaction were she to birth a baby sloth?!)

Well, regardless of what Bell is carrying in that growing belly of hers, he/she/sloth is making her feel fantastic—and she'd like to keep it that way.

"I've got nothing to prove" by having natural childbirth, she cracked to Ellen. "I feel like, when I arrive at the hospital, I want a glass of whiskey, I want the epidural in my back and I want to get hit in the face with a baseball bat and wake me up when it's over because I've seen the videos—and it looks terrifying."

Bell also might not be in any rush to give birth because her "self-esteem has never been higher."

"I look in the mirror and I think it's the reverse body dysmorphia," she marveled, "because I can understand what my shape is, but I see Brooke Shields. And it doesn't make a lick of sense, but it's something that the baby's giving me hormonally makes me feel really giggly and happy."

Cheers (but hold the whiskey) to that!
