The expectant E! star and her rapper beau stepped out for a romantic dinner together at the Lasserre restaurant in Paris and, of course, the glamorous couple looked super chic in their matching all-black ensembles.
The pregnant star kept her burgeoning baby bump under wraps in a heavy black fur coat, which she paired with sexy over-the-knee boots, tights and a simple black skirt for the romantic outing. Her fashionable daddy-to-be donned leather pants, a sport coat and a scarf for the occasion.
Although both Kim and Kanye have been making the rounds at Paris Fashion Week as of late, the mama-to-be is currently busy in the City of Light shooting the ad campaign for her new fragrance.
"Up early for a photo shoot!" the E! star tweeted this morning. "Shooting my 6th ad campaign today in Paris with Nick Knight! What a dream come true!"
