She's already conquered the Grammy stage. Now Adele is gearing up to dominate Oscar's stage as well.
The multiplatinum songbird will be performing her hit song "Skyfall" at the Academy Awards next month, the show's organizers announced Wednesday.
The ditty, which Adele cowrote with Paul Epworth, is up for Best Original Song at this year's derby. It'll be slugging it out with "Before My Time" from Chasing Ice, "Pi's Lullaby" from Life of Pi, "Everybody Needs a Best Friend" from Ted, and—what many consider to be "Skyfall"'s biggest competition—"Suddenly" from Les Misérables.
