Mila Kunis can resume her workouts in peace.
A 27-year-old man who had shown up outside her Beverly Hills gym three days in a row last year pleaded no contest today to stalking the Friends With Benefits star in violation of a restraining order.
Stuart Lynn Dunn was given credit for time served and ordered to spend six months at a live-in rehabilitation facility, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office. He had been in custody since his May 4 arrest.
L.A. Superior Court Judge George Lomeli also sentenced Dunn to five years' probation and extended an order of protection against him requiring him to stay away from Ashton Kutcher's real-life leading lady.
When Dunn tried to approach her at the gym, a restraining order had already been in place, stemming from when he pleaded no contest to breaking into an at-the-time-unoccupied condo owned by Kunis.
LAPD Detective John Gregozek testified at a hearing last June that Kunis had stated to authorities that she was "in fear for her safety."
