Hot off the heels of news regarding mega celeb fashion collaborations with Kmart, Target  pushed back and announced today that celeb stylist Kate Young would design an exclusive collection of women's apparel and accessories, including an array of festive special occasion dresses, debuting April 14.

Intrigued? Read on.

It's an enticing new twist to the mass retailer's recent style strategies (the Neiman Marcus + Target holiday collection didn't pan out quite as well as they had hoped), and introduces a top-tier industry insider to the masses.

One glance at her designer sketches, including a strapless bow-adorned gown, a vibrant embellished shift dress and a sleek tuxedo jacket and shorts ensemble, and we're already enamored with her modern, feminine aesthetic.

Young has certainly earned her spot as a fashion power player, having accrued an impressive client list including Natalie Portman, Michelle Williams, Rachel Weisz and more, combined with consulting stints for many big name designers like Nina Ricci, Derek Lam, Vena Cava and others.

To note, this is not her first time working closely withthe big bullseye brand—she also styled a number of major campaigns like Jason Wu for Target and a collaborative fashion show in New York back in 2005.

One thing's for sure, this savvy partnership is one we can all appreciate.
