Michelle Obama is one bangin' birthday girl!
After officially joining Twitter (you can follow her @FLOTUS) and debuting her new ‘do on the social media site, the now 49-year-old first lady is getting loads of B-day love from some big celebrity fans.
Beyoncé dedicated a post on her web page to Michelle, sending birthday wishes and words of appreciation. The songbird has repeatedly expressed the utmost admiration for our current first lady, attending her fundraisers and even penning a personal letter to the president's wife, thanking her for all her hard work.
"Happy birthday to a beautiful soul, happy birthday to a leader, happy birthday to a force, happy birthday to a ray of light, happy birthday to an inspiration, happy birthday to our first lady, Michelle Obama," the singer wrote. "Respect, always & forever, Beyoncé," she concluded.
But Bey was the only celeb to weigh in on the Mrs. Obama's big day, Ellen DeGeneres also took to Twitter to send the mother-of-two some humor and well wishes:
"Happy Birthday to the 1st Lady of the U.S. @FLOTUS Michelle Obama, from the 1st lady in line at the Cost Plus sale, Ellen DeGeneres," the funnylady quipped.
And of course, Michelle's hubby also posted some birthday love on his microblogging page, tweeting an adorable photo collage of the twosome together:
"Happy Birthday, @MichelleObama!," the proud husband posted.
"Happy Birthday to the incredible and very beautiful First Lady @MichelleObama –xoxo KR"
As did The View cohost Joy Behar:
"Here's wishing @FLOTUS @MichelleObama a very happy birthday."
Wishing you all the best, Michelle! Happy B-day!
