Kim Kardashian's Trainer Tells Us All About Her Maternity Workout

Tracy Anderson tells us what kind of workouts she has Kim doing now that she's pregnant and what Kim's least favorite workout is!

Every woman worries about packing on the pounds during their pregnancy—after all, there isn't really any way around it—but for mommy-to-be Kim Kardashian, whose figure has its own fan base, Keeping Up With the Kardashians also means keeping up her great shape.

E! News caught up with Kim's trainer, Tracy Anderson, to get the scoop on how the star is customizing her workouts now that she and Kanye West are expecting a baby together.

First things first, since Kim is so tiny Tracy is focusing on workouts that will elongate her muscles and keep her butt lifted. But don't worry, she promises she isn't messing with the reality star's most famous asset!

As for how often Kim is hitting the gym, Tracy says she is a "rock star student" with an "amazing work ethic." In fact, while Tracy has told her to listen to her body and take it easy if she needs to, the insanely busy mom-to-be is still working out 4-6 times a week!

Talk about dedication! We definitely have some catching up to do if we want to keep up with Kim...in fact, there is a small chance that we might already be behind by just a couple of sweat sessions!
