It's a battle between blue-blooded royalty and Hollywood royalty!

Prince Harry has been crowned Town & Country magazine's top bachelor in the world, whooping wannabe hotties like two-time Sexiest Man Alive George Clooney, who clocked in at a measly No. 33.

Looks like aristocratic clout beat out celeb clout in this round!

But Channing Tatum is still the Sexiest Man Alive

The mag describes the list, which features 40 oh-so-scrumptious gents, as "a highly subjective, thoroughly opinionated survey of the princes, politicians, scions, DJs, and billionaires-to-be we consider the most eligible men in the universe."

In other words, it's an eclectic group of bachelors. Natch, you'll find royalty like Pierre Rainier Stefano Casiraghi, the late Princess Grace's grandson, going mano a mano with sports stars including Jeremy Lin and Tim Tebow.

The list also features the likes of Jack Nicholson, Charlie Rose, George Hamilton and—any shock here?—not one but two Kennedy scions: Arnold Schwarzenegger's son, Patrick Schwarzenegger, and Taylor Swift's ex-boy toy, Conor Kennedy.

Yep, Tay sure knows how to pick 'em!
