Just call him the wardrobe malfunction man!

Joseph Gordon-Levitt came to pal Anne Hathaway's aid last night at the Critics' Choice Awards in Santa Monica, Calif., when the strap on the Les Mis star's elegant beaded Oscar de la Renta gown popped off midshow.

Of course, her Dark Knight Rises costar came to her rescue, providing a pin for the damaged dress and graciously saving Anne from another embarrassing fashion faux pas (you remember when she recently pulled a Britney, right?).

The handsome Inception actor took to Facebook to share the behind-the-scenes secret with fans, posting a pic of the pals smiling side-by-side as Anne points to a little red plastic pin from her pal's Hit RECord production company on her gorgeous gown.

"Annie tore the strap on her dress, but luckily I had a pin :o)," the 31-year-old star captioned the photo to the tune of over 220,161 likes (as of now) and over 2,000 shares.

Anne's successful evasion of the wardrobe snafu wasn't the only thing the famous friends were celebrating last night. The 30-year-old beauty won the award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in Les Mis while Gordon-Levitt's thriller, Looper, was named Best Sci-fi/Horror movie.

Congrats, you two!
