Penélope Cruz Poses for Loewe Campaign: "It's a Really, Really Spanish Brand!"

The newest advertising campaign for Madrid-based luxury label Loewe is stylish, sexy—and, well, extremely Spanish, thanks to its cover girl Penélope Cruz. 

The gorgeous star just signed a three-year contract with the fashion house, and smolders for the camera in its sophisticated spring campaign, wielding a rich leather Amazona bag in a brilliant shade of orange.

As for the pairing, it couldn't be a better fit.

"It's a really, really Spanish brand. It has always taken inspiration from the Spanish tradition, Spanish culture and Spanish history," Cruz, who grew up with the brand, told WWD. "I'm really proud to be working with a brand where everything's done here and almost everybody is Spanish."
