With loyal fashion fans including Jaime King, Ginnifer Goodwin, Michelle Obama and Blake Lively, the designer has certainly earned his celebrity stamp of approval, and now there's even more style temptation for the rest of us.

Today, the creative mastermind debuted his more affordably priced Miss Wu collection, a 40-piece range that captures the same playful downtown spirit of his eponymous designer collection, exclusively at Nordstrom.

But before you get too excited, we'd recommend saving up a bit—or waiting for a sale. That's right, much to our dismay, the line isn't quite as budget-friendly as we had hoped.

While there's plenty of fabulous, very wearable goods to admire including mod leather dressespretty pleated skirts, cashmere cardigans and more, it will still set you back a pretty penny.

The Miss Wu collection ranges from $195 for a chic tie-neck blouse up to $1,395 for a mini leather cross-body bag. In other words, to get your hands on those pretty patterned shift dreses or a slick black leather jacket, it'll cost you a few Benjamins.

Would you splurge on the Miss Wu collection at Nordstrom?
