Courteney Cox had nothing but good things to say about her ex-husband David Arquette, telling Ellen DeGeneres in a sit down, "I appreciate David more now than I ever did."

"I mean…It's hard," the 48-year-old Cougar Town star went on. "I don't recommend divorce in general but you know, he is my best friend and we've both grown and changed and I think we both appreciate each other more. I hope he does. I do."
The ex-couple, who have one child together, separated back in 2010 before filing for divorce last June.
Cox's interview is scheduled to air Monday on the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
