Bethenny Frankel, who announced before Christmas that she and husband Jason Hoppy had separated, has filed for divorce, E! News has confirmed.
The former Housewife took the first step in ending her 2 year marriage to Hoppy by filing a summons for divorce in New York City. And the Skinnygirl founder isn't shy in revealing her heartbreak.
Bethenny took to Twitter to share that she's turned to friends in her time of need, and in this case, specifically with talk show host and pal Hoda Kotb.
Bethenny tweeted: "Time with @hodakotb is just what the doctor ordered :)"
And never one to keep quiet on a situation, Bethenny also addressed those reacting to her divorce, tweeting: "To those of you who are being supportive: thank you. To those of you who are judging: I totally get it."
Bethenny and Jason have a 2-year-old daughter together, Bryn.
