Kim Kardashian knows she can't eat the sushi she's been craving, so it looks like the mama-to-be has opted for some refreshing smoothies instead! 

Kanye West's other half was snapped leaving the gym in Los Angeles today after her early morning workout with a large Jamba Juice smoothie in hand.  

Clad in an all-black workout ensemble and large black frames to shield her face, the first time mama-to-be rocked her pregnancy glow like a pro as she walked with a police escort by her side. 

Although Kim's pregnancy fashion has been comfy and casual as of late, it's clear the E! reality star is taking her latest role as a mother very seriously, keeping up with her workouts and remaining dedicated to the baby's health.

And in her latest blog post, the fashion designer credits superstar trainer Tracy Anderson with keeping her in shape:

"She [Tracy] is helping me make the adjustments necessary to keep me feeling happy, healthy and most importantly create a workout plan that is safe for the baby," Kim said of her celebrity fitness guru whose clients also include Gwyneth Paltrow and Kate Hudson. "It's really important for me to have a fitness routine that works for my body and my schedule and I'm really happy with the workout plan Tracy is working with me on. Xo"

The 32-year-old E! beauty and her rapper beau announced the baby news just four days ago and revealed that Kim is about 12 weeks along.

Since the big announcement, the television personality has admitted that she doesn't care whether it's a boy or a girl, and says she just wants a "healthy baby."

Well, based on Kim's pregnancy-conscious habits thus far, there's no question baby Kimye is well on the way to a healthy start!
