As if dealing with in-laws, especially former in-laws, isn't tricky enough!

Charlie Sheen is listed as a potential defense witness in a lawsuit filed by ex-wife Brooke Mueller's mother against a realtor, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

Moira Fiore sued real estate agent Marty Trugman in February, claiming that she's due a commission on a house that Sheen bought—and the Anger Management star has ended up on a witness list compiled by Trugman's side.

Per the list, filed in L.A. Superior Court on Dec. 21, the defense states that it wasn't Fiore who introduced Trugman to Sheen, as Mueller's mom claimed in her lawsuit, but rather that Mueller brought Trugman and Sheen together. Fiore alleges that she brought Trugman onboard and he promised her a 25-percent commission on the sale.

Mueller, meanwhile, made both sides' witness lists.

If the parties don't settle, a trial is slated to kick off Jan. 7. Sheen is currently on vacation in sunny Cabo San Lucas, where he's hosting "Epic Night With Slash" tonight at the El Ganzo hotel, aka "the sickest place in Cabo."
