At least Nick Stahl isn't missing.

The Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines star was present and accounted for last night when he was arrested at an adult paraphernalia and movie shop in Los Angeles for allegedly committing a lewd act, E! News has confirmed.

According to the LAPD, Stahl was, er, fingered by undercover vice officers during a routine check at the store shortly after 8 p.m., where the actor was discovered inside a booth viewing a pornographic film and allegedly committing the act in question.

He was reportedly taken into custody, booked on a misdemeanor count of lewd conduct and released on his own recognizance.

According to published reports, Stahl called his bust a "misunderstanding" on his way out of the police station.

The 33-year-old actor spent close to a month in rehab in the spring after dropping off the grid for a few days, prompting his wife to file a missing-person report. He took off again upon leaving his treatment program, but his wife then tweeted a smiling photo of the two of them in July.

Stahl squeezed in some screen time earlier this year, though, turning up on the Showtime series House of Lies and ABC's Body of Proof.
