Fitness Tips From the Ladies of Miss Universe 2012

While the women in the Miss Universe pageant came from all corners of the world and celebrated backgrounds as diverse as the countries they come from, they all had one thing common—their absolutely flawless figures!

We caught up with three of the competitors at the Planet Hollywood gym to ask the ladies what workouts were hot in their neck of the woods.

While most of it just comes down to good old-fashioned hard work, each of these women has her preferred regimen.

Miss Honduras, for example, prefers Pilates. "Pilates has been really good for me," she says, "because I was working out with a personal trainer and I was starting to look like a body builder…so I started doing Pilates and it really helped me lean out."

Miss Australia also shares some of her fitness tips, and Miss Universe herself, Olivia Culpo, tells us what she does to maintain her beautiful body.
