Jersey Shore is no more.
The hit reality show's sixth season ends tonight with the series' last episode ever airing at 10 p.m. on MTV (sniffle, sniffle).
"I'm definitely ready to move on," Snooki told us while promoting the series finale earlier this week in L.A. "But it does suck because it's what started everything. We're always going to be a family, no matter what."
"We're sad because we are a family," JWoww agreed, adding, "It's easy to get together especially working with MTV but we have to move on with our lives. Engagements, babies."
"I'll be honest with you, it may be starting to hit me right now," Sorrentino admitted. "I'm never anxious or nervous and this is the first moment where I'm like, 'Wow. It's over.' But at the same time, it's bittersweet and the sweet part is that we are a part of something that was so special."
Pauly D echoed Snooki's eagerness to move on.
"I'm definitely going to miss Jersey Shore but now I'm excited to work on the next chapter of my life," he said. "Start working on some of my deals, take my DJ career to the next level and stuff like that."
"I think the show helped us grow to where we're at now," Ronnie Ortiz-Magro said. "We've all had mistakes, ups and downs on the show. We're all in different places. Who has a kid, who's engaged, who moved in together. I think…we're all going to remain friends but I think that era has kind of passed."
Ronnie's gal Sammi Giancola added, "It's kind of scary. Like, now what? What are we going to do with ourselves? All good things have to come to an end eventually. We're just going to move forward with what we have going on with ourselves."
"I just feel like all of us have grown and moved on with our lives," Deena Cortese said. "I'll always be a meatball, don't get me wrong, but I think it gets tiring. I can't drink like I used to drink and do what I used to do two years ago. I'm kind of, in a way, happy it's ending."
