Bobby Brown is apparently back to his bad-boy ways.

The onetime King of New Jack swing is expected to check himself into a Minnesota rehab center today, reports say.

If that wasn't bad enough, when Mr. Whitney Houston leaves rehab, he'll face an arrest warrant issued Monday by a Florida judge. This upon word the singer was stoned and drunk the day he started a jail term for drunken driving.

The 31-year-old singer was arrested in 1996, after he wrapped Whitney's Porsche around a street sign. His blood-alcohol level was nearly three times the legal limit. This January he was convicted of driving under the influence and sentenced to five days in jail. (The stint in rehab was also part of the sentence.)

According to the Miami Herald, when he turned himself September 28 to begin serving the sentence, Brown told his probation officer he had smoked pot and had been drinking earlier in the day.

Judge Leonard Feiner now says that Brown has broken the terms of his probation and must do additional time in the slammer.

Meanwhile, Brown and his former New Edition mates are facing a lawsuit in Los Angeles claiming the R&B popsters failed to make good on their record contracts and owe MCA Records six albums' worth of cash.
