Nope, this isn't another Brandi Glanville vs. Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes story.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star underwent surgery yesterday to remove what she believes is a non-cancerous growth on one of her breasts, and luckily, the celeb tells E! News that the procedure went just fine and she's recovering OK.

"My surgery went well. It was much larger than she [the surgeon] thought, so the surgery took much longer," Glanville tells us.

Twitter

"It was the size of a golf ball so she has to take some fat from under my arm and graft it to the extraction spot. I will have all the answers to exactly what it is on Friday. I'm in pain but happy that it is done, because I need to be healthy for my boys. They have been very helpful."

Brandi also spilled some other news today—the cover of her upcoming book, Drinking and Tweeting and Other Brandi Blunders (yes, very different than It's a Breakup...Not Cancer, like they discussed on the reality show), which will be released Feb. 12. "SO EXCITED to share with you all," she tweeted, "my NEW book cover!!"

In an interview with Fox 411, Glanville described the book, saying, "It's a cautionary tale about breaking up and making sure that before you become part of a 'we' you have to become an 'I' and I wasn't. It's just a tale of what I went through, the mistakes I made, what I'd do differently, the things that I did that I'm proud of. There's a lot of embarrassing detail. I want people to not be embarrassed going through breakups and divorces, to know what to do before they get involved in a relationship."
