The Lizzie McGuire star tweeted a picture of her natural, extension-free tresses Monday. "No extensions… Feels liberating...lol.," she wrote. "Thank you prenatal vitamins!"

Hilary's hair isn't the only thing that's thriving. On Nov. 29, just eight months after giving birth to son Luca, the 25-year-old singer-actress tweeted a photo of her size 26 pants. "Yaaaa bitches!," she wrote. "@gabejohns your kickin my ass and its paying off! Skinny jeans! LETS GO!"
