Brooke Mueller continues to battle her demons with drugs.

Her lawyer, Yale Galanter, tells E! News that his client has entered rehab for addiction issues related to Adderall use. He says it is an ongoing treatment of her prolonged addiction issues.

The news comes just days after Mueller's camp denied a report that Charlie Sheen's ex-wife had been rushed to the hospital after a drug overdose.

While Mueller was taken to a nearby emergency room on Friday, Dec. 7, after an ambulance was called to her Tarzana, Calif., residence, Mueller's rep insisted the situation was not a dire one.

"An assistant thought Brooke was nonresponsive while she was napping and hastily called an ambulance," rep Steve Honig said in a statement at the time. "As a precaution, Brooke was brought to a local hospital and discharged after an hour. She was diagnosed with exhaustion and dehydration and is now fine and resting at home. That's it."

Mueller's last stint in rehab was this past May and reportedly related to a crack-cocaine addiction.
