Doting daddy-to-be!
Prince William paid a visit to Kate Middleton Tuesday at London's King Edward VII private hospital. The pregnant duchess was admitted Monday for hyperemesis gravidarum, an acute form of morning sickness that carries the risk of dehydration.
Fortunately, Kate is only expected to remain in the hospital for a few days and will then rest at home. The 30-year-old royal has already canceled her upcoming planned royal engagements for this week.
William's schedule, however, remains unchanged. A palace rep told E! News the duke will "continue the current tour of duty with the Search and Rescue Force" through next summer.
The duo is scheduled to attend The Hobbit's premiere in London on Dec. 12, but there's no word yet on whether Kate will be feeling up for hanging with the Middle-earth gang by then. We sure hope so, though: Kate's royal baby bump's red carpet debut is sure to be spectacular!
