Kat Von D worked with a different type of ink today.

The former LA Ink star was granted a temporary restraining order today against a man she claims has been stalking her in person and via Twitter.

In court documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court and obtained by E! News, Von D alleges that Michael Nunn started trying to contact her online in April, showed up at her business and then, on April 29, called her home phone from the street outside her house.

A police report filed that day by Von D (and included in her TRO filing) notes that authorities searched for suspects when they arrived but found no evidence of suspicious activity.

He also sent a box of candy to her house on May 5, alleges Von D, who filed her petition using her real name, Katherine Drachenberg. When she told him on May 29 to stop trying to reach her, Nunn tweeted out her phone number, she states.

Her paperwork also alleges that Nunn's tweets "delusional and paranoid tendencies, including a belief the FBI is watching him and that certain celebrities want to harm him."

Nunn's tweets from the last few days include a number that address celebrities, including Katy PerryAdriana LimaParis HiltonMike TysonHugh HefnerShanna MoaklerHayley Williams from ParamoreNikki Sixx and author Paulo Coelho.

"Suspect says in his communications that he believes [Von D] and others send him coded messages," the petition states.

Von D's filing also includes screengrabs of Nunn's tweets, including one that reads, "@thekatvond cute how you use your friends :) I figure eventually the game will just end and then we can meet like normal adults."

A hearing is scheduled for Dec. 21 on Von D's request to make the restraining order permanent.
