Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry really do seem to have reached an "amicable agreement."

A day after their attorneys made peace for the exes in court, Aubry was reunited with daughter Nahla for the first time since he got into a fight with Berry's fiancé, Olivier Martinez, on Thanksgiving morning.

This is obviously the strongest indicator yet that the protective order preventing Aubry from coming near his ex and their 4-year-old daughter is no longer in place.

Not that Berry and Aubry are going near each other or anything, regardless. Per X17online, a nanny picked up Nahla from school and handed the very happy-looking child off to her father.

Martinez, still sporting a wrap on the fingers of his right hand that allegedly ran into Aubry's face, was seen running errands solo today in L.A.

Though it's being reported that Aubry likely won't face charges for the Nov. 22 brawl, a court hearing is still on the docket for Dec. 13. And, perhaps in keeping with the whole reconciliation process, Aubry has dropped the temporary restraining order he secured against Martinez earlier this week, E! News confirms.
