Some folks are up in arms about Justin Bieber appearing in his casual overalls to receive the Diamond Jubilee Medal from Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper. Frankly, we don't see what the big deal is. If you want your historical events to have any tween cred whatsoever, let the Biebs do what he does.
