Halle Berry's Somber Homecoming Before Filing for Restraining Order Against Ex Gabriel Aubry

After making headlines last week for Martinez's brawl with Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry, the lovebirds look predictably worn out as they step out in public Monday

It's been a rough last few days for Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez.

And it's going to get even rougher, as E! News has learned the Cloud Atlas star will appear in a Los Angeles court Tuesday to request an emergency restraining order against her ex Gabriel Aubry.

Beforehand, however, Berry and Martinez looked pretty darn glum and exhausted as they arrived at their Beverly Hills home today with the 46-year-old actress's 4-year-old daughter, Nahla. The public outing comes four days after Berry's French actor fiancé got into a nasty scuffle with her baby daddy that sent both men to the hospital and landed the latter a misdemeanor battery charge.
