It's safe to say Olivier Martinez is having a pretty bad week.

First the French actor gets into a Thanksgiving Day brawl with Gabriel Aubry, the former beau of his fiancée, Halle Berry. Now Villa Azur, a Mediterranean-themed Miami Beach restaurant Martinez co-owns, just got hit with a slew of health violations, prompting state inspectors to schedule a follow-up visit.

Sacrebleu!

E! News has confirmed that officials with Florida's Department of Business and Professional Regulations popped in for a routine inspection on Nov. 16, whereupon they discovered a pretty nasty situation.

Among the 13 critical violations cited in state health records posted online were potentially hazardous food thawing in standing water; raw animal food stored over ready-to-eat food (for example, quail eggs next to ready-to-eat cheese and ham); food stored on the floor; fish served raw without having undergone parasite destruction; and staff handling ready-to-eat food without gloves.

In addition, inspectors noted seven noncritical violations, such as an employee preparing food without a hair restraint.

No word when the next inspection will take place.

A rep for the eatery told E! News that Villa Azur was never closed, shut down nor fined and is taking "serious and quick actions" to remedy the situation and "ensure we provide nothing short of the best service [and] quality of food."

"We look forward to our follow up inspection and continuing to welcome guests to experience Villa Azur," the rep said in a statement.

Martinez opened the South Beach establishment last March to much fanfare, especially since while promoting Villa Azur he finally confirmed his engagement to his Dark Tide costar after much speculation.

Speaking of which, the 46-year-old Martinez reportedly was treated for injuries to his hand and neck stemming from the altercation he got into last week with the 37-year-old Aubry after the latter went to Berry's house to drop off their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla. Aubry was subsequently arrested on a misdemeanor battery charge and is set to appear in court Dec. 13.
