Cue the Cyldesdales
It's officially Christmastime at the White House. First Lady Michelle Obama and daughters Malia and Sasha, along with Bo the dog, welcomed the official White House Christmas tree yesterday morning.
The stylish family greeted the 19-foot Fraser fir from Peak Farms in Ashe County, N.C., which was brought in by two huge Clydesdale horses and hugely festive men wearing top hats and crisp red bow ties, with the Marine Band playing "O Christmas Tree."
Michelle gave the tree her approval after smelling the needles and offering a thumbs up and saying it's "It's a go," according to ABC News.
The Michelle-sanctioned tree will be set up for display in the 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue's Blue Room throughout the holiday season.
