It's a fair guess that Halle Berry's ex Gabriel Aubry isn't feeling very thankful today.

Not after Aubrey was injured and arrested following a brawl with Berry's fiancé Olivier Martinez outside the actresses's Los Angeles home on Thanksgiving morning.

A Los Angeles police spokesman tells E! News that "a radio call came in around 10 a.m. to respond to the 1100 block of Doheny Drive. When officers arrived two male individuals were involved in a physical altercation."

Halle Berry wanted to take her daughter overseas

According to police, Aubry was transported by the Los Angeles Fire Deparment to a local hospital for treatment and subsequently booked at the Metro Detention Center for misdemeanor battery.

Aubrey's bail was set at $20,000 dollars, and police did not know if Martinez had requested medical treatment. There was no immediate comment from reps for Berry or Aubry.

However, a source tells E! News that the altercation began after a custody handoff when Aubry dropped off daughter Nahla to Berry. Punches were thrown and that men were later treated for injuries at the same emergency room.

The custody of Nahla has been the focus of a bitter dispute between Aubry and Berry. Just last week, Berry was foiled in her attempt to relocate with Nahla to Martinez's France.

Aubry is due in court Dec. 13 for arraignment on the battery charge.
