She may have gotten get-well wishes from Donald Trump after her health scare, but that doesn't mean Rosie O'Donnell's on friendly terms with her old nemesis.

Filling in for a Gaza-bound Anderson Cooper with reality star-turned-actress NeNe Leakes on Monday's Anderson Live, the erstwhile Queen of Nice did her darnedest to avoid criticizing the Donald directly for his recent outspoken behavior—like his much-mocked offer to President Barack Obama and his ridiculous post-election rant, for starters.

But when the ex-Celebrity Apprentice contestant brought up the subject of Trump, noting that they "do not see eye to eye," O'Donnell mentioned a Las Vegas news report about embarrassing health-code violations at the real-estate mogul's Sin City steakhouse, DTJ, which prompted authorities to shut it down.

When Leakes asked her fellow gabber whether she planned to eat there, Rosie was quick to reply, "Uh, no."

"Apparently there was a dirty-dining segment, and there was very old food and rotten caviar and unrefrigerated duck," said O'Donnell. "I am just saying this is what I read in the paper, but of course I am sure he will find a way to blame Obama for that."

Ouch.

Leakes also asked whether the 50-year-old Emmy winner followed Trump on Twitter, to which O'Donnell quipped: "No, no. Honey, mommy had a heart attack. There is only so much she can take, OK?"

Speaking of heart attacks, O'Donnell also addressed an audience member's question about her health in the wake of her surprise announcement in August that she suffered one while walking through a parking lot in Nyack, N.Y.

"Feeling a lot better, thank you. I got my number yesterday, I am way up there. I don't mean weight, I mean, like, good blood pressure, and I've lost, like, 12 pounds," she said. "We are going for a pound a week."

And last but not least, while she continues to work on losing a few, O'Donnell expressed admiration for the shape her old pal and A League of Their Own costar Madonna is in, especially after watching the latter perform at Madison Square Garden last week.

"I thought it was her best show ever, and I've seen almost all of them. I don't know how that woman, at 54, is able to do that, night after night," said O'Donnell. "Honestly, 54—look at that body. Hello. There you go. She's rocking it."
