Miley Cyrus is making sure this unwelcome visitor doesn't turn up uninvited again.

A Los Angeles judge has granted the former Hannah Montana star's request for a three-year restraining order against Jason Luis Rivera, the 40-year-old man who was found guilty last month of trespassing at Cyrus' home, according to court documents obtained by E! News.

At the time of his Sept. 8, 2012 arrest, police found Rivera wandering around the 19-year-old singer's yard wielding a pair of scissors and claiming to be married to Cyrus.

No doubt fiancé Liam Hemsworth would disagree.

Rivera was handed an 18-month jail term, but is expected to only serve about six months of that sentence and be given an early release in May due to jail overcrowding.

Once he's out, should he violate the keep away order and try to contact Cyrus, he could find himself right back in custody.
