The cute couple made it date night when they hit the big gala together at the Beverly Hilton earlier this evening.
While Aniston and Theroux skipped doing press, they arrived in matching black-and-white ensembles just before the show started and greeted friends in the ballroom before taking their seats (a glowing Aniston even showed off her ring to pals on her way to their table!).
The couple kept the PDA to a minimum but did hold hands and whisper in each other's ears.
The bride- and hubby-to-be chatted and laughed with Laura Dern and other guests at their table during dinner. Stiller, Aniston's Along Came Polly costar, came by to say hi and gabbed for about 15 minutes before his past costars hit the stage to honor him.
Aniston presented a video package of Stiller's onscreen romances. "His package is surprisingly large," she joked. "Very expansive, and its lasting power speaks for itself."
Will Ferrell, Jack Black, Patton Oswalt, and more also told their favorite stories about working with Stiller.
Tom Cruise even appeared in a surprise video speech and thanked Stiller for the opportunity to cameo in Tropic Thunder.
Preshow, Stiller joked to us about the big awards show honor, "I'm dreading it! It's going to be horrific, I'm sure. But it should be, hopefully, fun horrific. It's really nice to be asked to be honored like this. It's kind of bizarre. I feel grateful but also unworthy of the whole thing."
