Emily Maynard Spotted at Plastic Surgery Office—but It's Not What You Think

Reality star reassures fans that she was only getting a facial

Say it ain't so, Emily Maynard!

The Bachelorette star was photographed leaving a plastic surgery office in North Carolina yesterday, which caused a stir on Twitter as to whether or not Jef Holms' former fiancée was going to alter her already-flawless face. 

Seriously, what could she possibly need to fix?

Nothing—except maybe a routine facial. Yep, those are performed at this plastic surgeon's office. 

Although the Peter J. Capizzi Stillwater plastic surgery office specializes in Botox, tummy tucks and liposuction, Maynard reassured fans that she wasn't planning on going under the knife. 

"Its ok...," she tweeted, "But its definitely a sad day for America when me getting a facial makes any kind of news."
