Justin Bieber Hits the Studio Post-Selena Gomez Split

Singer posts pic on Instagram following the breakup with his gal pal of nearly two years

Justin Bieber isn't letting his split from Selena Gomez keep him from his work.

The 18-year-old singer not only took to Twitter to thank fans for their support over the weekend, but he also posted pics on Instagram to let Beliebers know he's focusing on his music in the wake of the public breakup. 

"Studiolife," the star captioned a photo of himself hard at work wearing glasses, a baseball cap and a red T-shirt Sunday. 

Just one day earlier, the Biebs neither confirmed nor denied the breakup on the Open House Party radio show, but he did admit that he doesn't "know what's going on" in his life following the news of his split with his 20-year-old gal pal. 

E! News exclusively reported that the adorable twosome called it quits a little over a week ago after nearly two years together.

The Biebs is set to hit the stage tonight for a concert in Brooklyn. 

Glad to see Justin is using his work to keep his mind off of the heartbreak. 

Perhaps a Selena-inspired single is in the works?
