Thankfully, there were no disintegrations here.

Daniel Logan— the 25-year-old actor famed for playing a young Boba Fett in 2002's Star Wars: Episode II—Attack of the Clones—came to the rescue of an elderly couple that got into a nasty crash, a rep for Logan confirms.

"It was a horrible accident and Daniel was quite the hero," the publicist tells E! News.

As first reported by TMZ, Logan came across a badly damaged SUV along the side of a road while driving in Orange County, Calif., last week. He immediately pulled over to help and on getting closer discovered the couple stuck inside with their grandchild.

Since no emergency vehicles were on the scene yet, the thesp quickly went about clearing the wreckage and had nearly finished by the time paramedics arrived. At that point, the EMTs pulled the trio to safety and took them to a nearby hospital.

See? Even bounty hunters can be good guys sometimes!
