Any fan knows: a James Bond movie is only as good as the villain. Goldfinger became the, um, gold standard back in '63 by having a world-dominating plan, killer back up, and, of course, a lot of monologuing.

Since then, there have been plenty of diabolical women, unstoppable henchmen, and sinister foes spanning 23 films. Nobody wants to mess with Oddjob's bowler hat. Or Jaws' mouth. Or any part of sexy psychopath Electra King, for that matter.
