The Real Housewives of New Jersey star's home in Beach Haven West suffered serious damage when the superstorm hit the East Coast last week.
In addition to reported flooding within the residence, the boat owned by Teresa's husband, Joe, wound up crashing into the fence running alongside the property as well.
"Thank you to everyone from around the country & the world for helping us thru this hurricane. We appreciate it so much in NJ & NY!" Teresa tweeted.
She later added, "And I love to see how everyone out here is pulling together and helping their neighbors and strangers."
