Game of Thrones Casts Coldplay Drummer Will Champion for Season 3

Musician will make a cameo on the new season of HBO's hit fantasy series

Um, no. Her GOOPness remains the top guest star in that marriage with her Glee role. But someone from Coldplay has been given a cameo in Game of Thrones third season, E! News has confirmed.

It's drummer Will Champion! Entertainment Weekly, who first reported the news, reveals that the only thing known about his role is that he will appear as a drummer. Maybe for a big battle scene? Let the speculation begin! 

Game of Thrones is no stranger to handing out cameos to music stars. Snow Patrol lead singer Gary Lightbody will also cameo in the new season, but shocker upon shockers, his role is top secret.
