Hit songs “Feel Like A Rock Star” and “Red Solo Cup” are already winners at the 46th annual awards show

Congratulations to Kenny Chesney, Tim McGraw and Toby Keith!

The country crooners were announced as winners in two of the 12 CMA awards categories early Thursday on Good Morning America.  

"Feel Like a Rock Star"—Kenny Chesney's duet with Tim McGraw—won the CMA Musical Event of the Year, while Toby Keith's "Red Solo Cup" won CMA Music Video of the Year.

Hosted for the fifth time by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, the 46th Annual CMA Awards airs tonight from Nashville's Bridgestone Arena Plaza at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.

As for the other nominations?

Eric Church led this year's list with five nods, including Male Vocalist of the Year; Album of the Year for Chief; and Single, Song and Music Video of the Year for his hit "Springsteen."

Other notable nominees include married country superstars Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert, who each scored four nominations, as well as seven-time CMA winner Taylor Swift, who will go head to head with Kelly Clarkson, Martina McBride and Carrie Underwood for Female Vocalist of the Year.

Chesney—who has the potential tonight to set a record for the most wins in the category of Entertainer of the Year—will perform at the gala. McGraw is also performing with Faith Hill, Lady Antebellum and Blake Shelton as part of the Willie Nelson tribute.
