This Spice Girl just wants him to stop.

Melanie Brown, better known as Mel B, aka Scary Spice, has been granted a restraining order in Sydney, Australia, against a photographer who she claimed threatened her husband and endangered her life.

E! News confirms that a Sydney judge ordered Jamie Fawcett to refrain from "loitering" less than 160 feet away from the 37-year-old Brown, who's been living Down Under while she's a judge on X Factor Australia.

This after the singer appeared at a hearing today and recounted for the court how the paparazzo ambushed her and her husband, Stephen Belafonte, when they were out on kayaks in Sydney Harbour last week.

According to Brown, Fawcett stirred up "big waves" with his boat while circling her and her personal assistant to take pictures, which resulted in a nasty verbal exchange between the photog and her hubby in which Fawcett allegedly told him, "You don't know you are f--king with. I will kill you."

The shooter did not appear at the proceeding, but instead was represented by his lawyer, Roland Day, who informed the judge that only Brown's version of events had been presented, but consented to the temporary order anyway.

When reached for comment, Fawcett told the Telegraph he had evidence to show that the accusations were baseless. He also said he agreed to the keep-away order so he could "continue to do my job, including taking pictures of any celebrity, but particularly Mel B."

He's gonna need a long lens. The order will remain in place until the next hearing, scheduled for Nov. 22.

Fawcett, by the way, is the same pesky paparazzo who ran afoul of the law after Nicole Kidman accused him of planting a listening device outside the actress's harborside Sydney home in 2005. But charges were eventually dropped after Fawcett reached an out-of-court settlement.
