"Non-State Actor," the second single off Soundgarden's highly anticipated comeback album, King Animal, is in the wild. And by the sound of this hard-driving anthem, it feels as though the grunge rockers never left.

The new tune features frontman Chris Cornell's signature growls and the gnarly guitar riffs Soundgarden is known for.

"Non-State Actor" follows "Been Away Too Long," the new record's first single that debuted in September and appeared in a recent episode of F/X's Sons of Anarchy.
